Shipments within the territory of the Republic of Poland are carried out through courier companies DPD and INPOST. Delivery time is from 2 to 7 working days.

International shipments (to EU countries) are made via UPS courier service. Delivery time is up to 14 working days.

In order to return the purchased goods, the Customer should, within 3 days of receiving the shipment, inform the Seller of his desire to return the purchase.

The entire contents of the package (unworn merchandise/recycled plastic bags) should be returned.

Include a return form with the invoice attached (return form).

Upon successful review of the form, the refund will be processed within 14 days to your bank account from the date the package was received by the return point. The refund only covers the cost of the returned merchandise. The cost of shipping the package to the customer 15 PLN and the cost of the COD 20 PLN will not be refunded.

The cost of shipping the return package is the responsibility of the customer.
